On February 11, BESI convened an urgent panel of legal and political scholars to discuss the rapidly unfolding constitutional crisis in the United States. Recorded in the early days of President Trump’s second term, the panel discussion remains relevant as a weak Congress fails to mount a defense against the expansion of the executive branch and the broader erosion of separation of powers.
